M H Khaleelullah started his career as a Sales Representative with a meager salary of Rs.600/- per month in a small company after B.Sc, PGDBA; but retired as National Head for Sales Capabilities of PepsiCo India – an MNC, earning in lakhs. A great transition of life by hard work with zeal & zest.
He was always in search of “What Next?” After reaching a level, what’s next, then what’s next. This is the question that drives him always and he is looking at ways & means to upskill himself. He never hesitated to update his knowledge even from younger ones. Nowadays Google Grandpa helps him a lot.
He Passed L III & A III (Licentiate & Associate Member of Insurance Institute of India) after 26 years of his college studies. While his other friends in Insurance industry were attempting 7 or 8 times to clear the exam, he cleared all the papers of A III in one attempt at the age of 50. Though he was in FMCG industry sales, where he was fully occupied in his job as a State Head then, he achieved this.
Even at the age of 60 now, he has enrolled himself for a certification program on Equity Markets. He want to test himself in this new field.
Why should he be featured?
He consider his life as a best motivational example for younger generation to show:
“If you think you can, you can; If you think you can’t, you can’t” Difference between “I can! & Can I?” attitude.
